Sky Store spend campaign October/November 2023 Terms and Conditions 

 

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. Please retain a copy for your information. 

 

1. The Promoter: Pluxee UK Ltd, Enigma House, The Park MK, Ortensia Drive, Wavendon, Milton Keynes, MK17 8LX and Network Digital Marketing Limited, Unit 3, 1st Floor, Glasshouse Business Park, Glasshouse Road, Wigan, WN3 6GL, T/A Health Service Discounts, Discounts for Teachers, Discounts for Carers, and Charity Worker Discount are the promoters. Pluxee UK Ltd will be solely responsible for the Reward Campaign administration, inquiries, or complaints.
2. Eligibility: The campaign is only open to ode cashback cardholders that make an eligible purchase, or purchases, with their ode cashback card during the Promotion Period. To make an eligible purchase, cardholders must spend £200.00 or more at any of the 80+ ode partner retailers. A full list of participating retailers can be found on your ode cashback card account or via the Spree Card App.

 

 

The Promoter does not accept any liability whatever for any issues caused effecting the promotion as a result of network failures, system development, computer or telecommunications failures, any technical failures at any stage of the campaign and or fault of any kind 

 

3. Promotion Period: The promotion opens to entries at 00:01 GMT on 19^th October 2023 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 19^th November 2023.

 

4. The Reward:  All cardholders who have opted into marketing and spend £200.00 or more at any of the 80+ Spree partner retailers during the Promotion Period will receive a £25 Sky Store online movie voucher*. The Reward cannot be altered or amended; is non-transferable and non-refundable; and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of it for an alternative of equal or greater value if the prize or an element of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

 

 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion / campaign at any time.  

 

 

Sky Store online movie vouchers will be issued via email to the email address registered on the ode cashback card platform by 30^th November 2023. All members are required to maintain up to date contact details in their account and all responsibility shall be with the member / user to ensure up to date contact details are provided to the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no liability if it cannot contact or identify the selected winner because incorrect contact details have been provided. The Promotor is under no responsibility or duty to ensure contact details provided by a member / user are correct.  

 

Pluxee UK Ltd will issue the Sky Store online movie vouchers directly to those eligible. 

 

*Limited stock available. The Promotion will be withdrawn once stock depletes.  

 

8. Users Participating in the Campaign agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the application process, or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

 

9. Users Participating in the Campaign agree to be bound by the Promoters privacy policy and the Promoter shall comply with all data protection legislation. By participating in the campaign, users / members expressly consent to the collection and use of their personal information. 

 

 

10. All issues, questions, rights and obligations in connection with this Competition, or any other legal matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
